CheckCheck One is a workspace for teams. This page describes what it stores about you and what happens to it. It is written to match how the software actually behaves.
What is collected
- Your email address. Used to sign you in, to confirm you control the address, and to send password resets. It is never shown to other users — not even to people in your own workspace.
- A display name and avatar colour. Visible to other members of any workspace you share.
- The content you create — projects, tasks, messages, documents, notes, checklists, boards, uploaded files and comments — along with who created it and when.
- An activity log of actions taken inside your workspace, so your team can see what changed.
There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across other sites. The only cookies set are the ones that keep you signed in.
Who can see it
Your content is scoped to the workspace it was created in and is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface. People outside that workspace cannot read it.
Two deliberate exceptions, both of which you choose: publishing something to Community makes that item readable by anyone, including people who are not signed in; and uploaded files are reachable by anyone who has a link you share from within your workspace.
Where it is stored
Data is held in a hosted Postgres database and object storage operated by Supabase. Transport is encrypted. Files you upload are stored privately and served through short-lived, signed links rather than public URLs.
How long it is kept
Content is kept while your workspace exists. Deleting an item removes it. Note that content you created generally remains in the workspace if you leave it — this is intentional, so a team does not lose its history when someone moves on.
Removing your data
There is currently no self-service account deletion in the interface. To have your account and personal data removed, contact us and it will be done manually. Deleting an account releases the email address so it can be registered again; the new account does not inherit anything from the old one.
