By creating an account on CheckCheck One you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Your account
You need a working email address, and you must confirm it before your account is created. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Do not register on behalf of someone else, or under an address you do not control.
Your content
What you create here stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your content, and to display it to the people you have shared it with.
Publishing to Community is different, and it is worth being clear about: it makes that item publicly readable by anyone, and lets other people copy it into their own workspace. Only publish work you have the right to share, and do not publish anything containing private or confidential information.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or anything you have no right to distribute.
- Do not harass other users, or use Community to post abusive or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to access workspaces or data that are not yours, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Do not use automated access to place unreasonable load on the service. API keys are rate-limited; do not work around the limits.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and may do so without notice where the content is unlawful or actively harmful.
Availability, and no warranty
The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable at times, features may change, and while backups are taken we cannot guarantee against data loss. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — the export tool exists for exactly this.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Ending it
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account — see Privacy. We may end your access if you materially break these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
